London Stock Exchange Group Board Change

London Stock Exchange Group plc (LSEG) today announces that Massimo Tononi is standing down as a Non-Executive Director of LSEG and Chairman of Borsa Italiana.

Donald Brydon, Chairman of London Stock Exchange Group plc, commented:
