Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities

Pursuant to DTR3.1.4, the Company wishes to notify that Scott Chamberlin, a Person Discharging Management Responsibilities of the Company, on 7 October 2015 sold 1,372 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.90 per Ordinary Share and on 8 October sold 26,829 Ordinary Shares at a price of £4.70 per Ordinary Share.  Mr. Chamberlin's current shareholding (23,128 Ordinary shares) is as follows:
