On 2 October 2015 the following PDMR of Meggitt PLC purchased ordinary shares of 5p each under the Meggitt PLC Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP").  This was the DRIP for the 2015 interim dividend paid on 2 October 2015 and the purchase price per share under the DRIP was 483.36 pence per share.
