 Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 13 November 2015 it allotted 54,309 ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 110.73p and 994 shares at a price of 107.65p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 19 November 2015. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 30,072,154.
