TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("RB") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to irrevocable instructions issued by RB on 30 September 2015, as announced on 30 September 2015:

Ordinary Shares

RB intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

Following the above transaction, RB holds 28,575,323 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 707,959,856 shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

These purchases are the last purchases to be made under the irrevocable programme between RB, on the one hand, and Morgan Stanley, on the other hand, announced on 30 September 2015, as that irrevocable programme has been completed in accordance with its terms.
