LAVENDON GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified today that on 27 November 2015, Mr Dietmar Mueller, Managing Director of Lavendon's German subsidiary, Gardemann Arbeitsbühnen GmbH, purchased 8,250 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £1.38 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Mueller's beneficial interest in the Company is 8,250 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
