Purchase of Shares

Oakley Capital Investments Limited ('the Company' or 'OCIL') announces that on 29 January 2016, the Company made a purchase of 1,274,279 ordinary shares of 1p each in OCIL at 145 pence per share to be held in treasury.

Following this transaction the Company holds 17,108,843 ordinary shares in treasury, therefore the number of ordinary shares in issue less the total number of treasury shares following the purchase is 189,804,036.
