The Net Asset Values (“NAVs”) for the above company as at the close of business on 4 February 2016 were:-
Ordinary Share (excluding current year revenue) = 191.46p
Ordinary Share (including current year revenue) = 196.31p
Zero Dividend Preference Share = 145.75p
The market value of investments was GBP318.0m less net liabilities (including Zero Dividend Preference Shares) of GBP103.0m to leave Shareholders’ Funds of GBP215.0m.
