ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Company is holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. No new information on current trading will be given during the meeting.

Subject to shareholder approval at today's AGM, the Company will be paying a final dividend for 2015 of 7.1 pence per share (2014 final: 6.5 pence per share) on 17 June 2016 (payable to ordinary shareholders on the register on 20 May 2016), giving a total dividend for 2015 of 9.9 pence per share (2014 total: 8.4 pence per share).

The Company will release its 2016 Half Yearly Report on 21 July 2016.
