The Company has been notified today that on 17 May 2016 Mr Stewart Watson purchased ordinary shares of 5p each using cash dividend funds paid by Meggitt PLC on 6 May 2016 - this is a scheme operated by Estera Trust (Jersey) Limited on shares held in a vested share account in the Meggitt Employees' Share Ownership Plan Trust. The purchase price was 404.35 pence per share.
