Board Appointments

Further to Numis' announcement dated 6 May 2016, Alex Ham (aged 33) and Ross Mitchinson (aged 38) have been appointed as Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.  

They will take up their position as joint-Chief Executive Officers with effect from 1 September 2016.

Executive Director - Alexander Burnell Ham  

Alex Ham is deemed interested in 567,000 (0.50%) Numis ordinary shares of 5p each and has 78,758 (0.069%) unvested award shares granted under the Company's RSU Plan.  The unvested share awards granted under the Numis Corporation Plc Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2008 ("RSU") vest at various dates through to February 2019.

Executive Director - Ross James Mitchinson  

Ross Mitchinson is deemed interested in 141,333 (0.12%) Numis ordinary shares of 5p each and has 297,095 (0.26%) unvested award shares granted under the Company's RSU Plan.  The unvested share awards granted under the Numis Corporation Plc Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2008 ("RSU") vest at various dates through to February 2019.

Both Alex and Ross have been directors of the trading entity, Numis Securities Limited, since May 2012.

There are no other details regarding the appointment of Alex Ham and Ross Mitchinson that require disclosure under the AIM Rules.
