Dividend Announcement

The Board is pleased to announce the payment of a second interim dividend of 6.3p per Ordinary Share plus a special dividend of 1.0p per Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 30 June 2016. The second interim dividend and the special dividend will be paid on 25 August 2016 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 5 August 2016. The ex-dividend date of the dividends will be 4 August 2016.
