NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Prime People Plc (the "Company") has been notified that, on 31 August 2016, Mr. William Glover (Managing Director Asia) has exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of £0.100. Following the exercise, Mr William Glover holds 228,672 ordinary shares or 1.86% of the issued share capital with voting rights in Prime People Plc.

The Company has also been notified that, on 31 August 2016, Mr Simon Crabb (Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility) has exercised options over 5,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of £0.100. Following the exercise, Mr Simon Crabb holds 30,930 ordinary shares or 0.25% of the issued share capital with voting rights in Prime People Plc.
