TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products, announces that Jim Hills, Non-Executive Director, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 14th September 2016 at a price of 2.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Hills is interested in 3,029,957 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.83 per cent of TyraTech issued share capital (voting rights).
