Blenheim announces that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at 12 noon on Thursday 27 October 2016 at 4^th Floor, 40 Queen Street, London EC4R 1DD.

Copies of the notice convening the AGM have today been sent to shareholders together with copies of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 April 2016.  The notice of AGM will shortly be made available from the Company's website: www.blenheimnaturalresources.com.
