Directorate Change

Further to the Company's announcement on 26 April 2016 that Bruce Carnegie-Brown, a Non-executive Director of the Company, would take over as Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee in the coming months, following a period of handover from Richard Harvey, the Company now announces that Bruce will become Chairman of the Committee, and Richard will step down from that position, with effect from 1 November 2016.

This announcement is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11.
