Admission of shares

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces that it has applied for the admission of 2,419,021 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") to trading on AIM. These Shares were issued on the dates set out below pursuant to the exercise of share options as described in the Company's announcements on or shortly after those dates, but were not concurrently admitted to trading on AIM:

·     1,504,741 Shares on 6 September 2013 (announced on 6 September 2013)

·     114,280 Shares on 3 February 2014 (announced on 3 February 2014)

·     400,000 Shares on 25 March 2015 (announced on 27 March 2015)

·     400,000 Shares on 15 January 2016 (announced on 18 January 2016)

 
Admission is expected to occur at 8.00am on 11 January 2017. There is no change to the total issued share capital of the Company, which comprises 62,317,948 shares with no shares held in treasury.
