The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 27 February 2017 that Ewen Stevenson purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of £1 each in the Company ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00B7T77214) on that date.   The purchase price of the Shares was £2.342. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange (XLON).
