 DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

 

Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

 

On 16 March 2017, Rob de Groot, Area Executive Vice President ENA, a PDMR, exercised 55,524 share options granted on 5 December 2011 at an option price of £31.20 per share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at £73.3109.

 

Following this transaction, Mr de Groot's shareholding is 313,675 Shares, representing 0.0448% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.

 

The following notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
