Appointment of Non-Executive Director
RPC Group Plc, a leading international design and engineering company of plastic products for both packaging and selected non-packaging markets, announces the appointment of Dr Ros Rivaz to the Board of Directors of the Company as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Ros is currently a Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees at Boparan Holdings Limited and Computacenter plc. She also serves on the Board and Remuneration Committee of the MoD Defence Equipment & Support group.
Ros was previously a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Rexam plc until the completion of its acquisition by Ball Corporation on 30 June 2016.
Ros served as Chief Operating Officer of Smith & Nephew plc and has held senior management positions at Exxon, Diageo, ICI and Tate & Lyle in the areas of supply chain management, logistics, manufacturing, IT, procurement and systems.
Commenting on the appointment, Jamie Pike, Chairman of RPC Group, said:

There are no further details to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 (2) to (6) of the Listing Rules.
