Appointment of CFO

DMGT announces that Tim Collier is appointed as Group CFO and to the Board of DMGT as an Executive Director with effect from 2 May 2017.   This follows the 22 September 2016 announcement of the resignation of Stephen Daintith, who leaves DMGT on 6 April 2017.  Adrian Perry, Deputy Finance Director DMGT, will act as Interim CFO in the intervening period.

Tim Collier joins from Thomson Reuters, where he is currently the CFO of the Financial and Risk business.

Lord Rothermere commented:  "We are very pleased to have Tim join us.   His range of skills and experience working within an international organisation with a focus on data, content and analytics are highly complementary to DMGT's global businesses.   In particular, his prior roles working for portfolio companies in B2B information, events and media sectors with a significant US presence are aligned with DMGT's businesses and overall Group focus. He has a strong track record of delivery in a number of key areas, not just finance and treasury but also oversight of investment activities, M&A and restructuring and internal audit, which are all key to DMGT's strategic approach."

There is no other information pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.13 that needs to be disclosed as part of this announcement.
