REPURCHASE OF ORDINARY SHARES INTO TREASURY

The Company announces that is has today repurchased 322,979 Ordinary shares into Treasury at 95.93 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 23,638,621 Ordinary shares in Treasury.  The remaining shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 193,203,174.
