Further to the announcement by the Company on 21 February 2017 that Bruce Carnegie-Brown would step down from his role as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 28 June 2017 following his appointment as Chairman of Lloyd's of London, the Company now confirms that Bruce will step down two weeks earlier, on 14 June 2017.
