·     Paul Welch, Chief Executive Officer and Director purchased 85,000 Common Shares of SDX Energy Inc. on July 12, 2017; and

·     David Vernon Richards, Non-executive Director purchased 5,469 and 7,000 Common Shares of SDX Energy Inc. respectively on July 10 and July 11, 2017
