The Company announces that it has today purchased 15,018 ordinary shares into Treasury at 387.00 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 46,930,058 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 234,703,852.  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
