Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc ("JLT") - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with provision 5.6 of the Transparency Directive we would like to notify the market of the following:

It is confirmed that the issued share capital of JLT did not increase in July.  Consequently, as at 31 July 2017, the issued share capital of JLT consists of 220,181,007 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights.  JLT currently holds 1,143,131 Treasury shares. 

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in JLT is 219,037,876.

The above figure (219,037,876) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
