Third Quarterly Dividend for the year to 30 September 2017

The Board of Aberdeen Diversified Income and Growth Trust plc (the "Company") announces that it is declaring a third interim dividend in respect of the year to 30 September 2017 of 1.31 pence per share on the Ordinary shares of the Company in relation to the quarter ended 30 June 2017. This is in line with the dividend policy set out in the Circular published by the Company on 6 March 2017.

This dividend will be paid on 6 October 2017 to shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 August 2017.

The last date for receipt of mandate instructions for those shareholders who wish to join the Dividend Reinvestment Plan is 15 September 2017.

In line with good corporate governance the Board sought, and received, approval from shareholders for the Company's dividend policy at its Annual General Meeting held on 30 March 2017.
