Director / PDMR Shareholdings

Forterra plc (the "Company") was notified on 8 August 2017 that Martin Sutherland, Independent Non-Executive Director had today purchased 7,500 ordinary shares of 1p each ("ordinary shares") in the Company at a price of 279.28 pence per share.

Following this purchase, Martin Sutherland now has a total beneficial interest of 7,500 ordinary shares in the Company.

The above notification is intended to satisfy the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations.
