ANNOUNCEMENT OF £50 MILLION RETURN OF CAPITAL

Following the sale of the adult services business at the end of 2016 for £379 million, Cambian announced its intention to return £50 million of capital to shareholders by way of a special dividend subject to a number of conditions including the creation of sufficient distributable reserves.

Cambian is pleased to announce that the conditions have now been satisfied and therefore the Directors of the Company have today declared a special dividend of 27.1p per Ordinary share, equating to a £50 million return of capital to shareholders.  A payment of 27.1p per Ordinary share will be made on 15 September 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 31 August 2017.
