TyraTech, Inc. (AIM: TYR and TYRU), a life sciences technology company focused on nature-derived insect and parasite control products will announce interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2017 on 12 September 2017. 

Overall trading remains satisfactory and the Company expects to report results in-line with current market expectations.
