Resignation of Ms Kwa Kim Li as Independent Non-Executive Director

The Board announces today that, due to her other business obligations, Ms Kwa Kim Li will not seek to renew her contract as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, which expires on 6 September 2017.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Ms Kwa for the contribution she has made during her tenure with the Company and to wish her well for the future.
