Final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2017

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, shareholders approved the payment of a final dividend of 1.20p per Ordinary share for the year ended 31 March 2017. The final dividend will be paid on 6 October 2017 to those Ordinary shareholders on the register as at 15 September 2017. The ex-dividend date is 14 September 2017.
