 Exchange of contracts

On 6 July 2017, Haynes announced it was in discussions with Solera Holdings Inc ("Solera") regarding a proposal to acquire the E3 Technical business from Carweb, a UK subsidiary of Solera.

On 15 September 2017, contracts were exchanged with Solera for the purchase of the trade and assets of the E3 Technical business subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, including the approval by the Competition and Markets Authority of the acquisition as an Undertaking in Lieu of a reference in respect of the acquisition of Autodata Publishing Group Limited by Solera Holdings, Inc.

Further details will be provided once these conditions have been satisfied and the transaction has been completed.
