Loan Facility

The Company announces that it yesterday entered into a US$5 million loan facility with certain shareholders to support its operating requirements over the next two years.

The two year facility, provided by Crystal Amber Fund Ltd, Brookdale International Partners, L.P. and Brookdale Global Opportunity Fund, is unsecured and is subject to an interest rate of 12% per annum.
