The Company announces that it has today purchased 150,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 372.43 pence per share.

Following the transaction the Company holds 48,640,890 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 232,993,020  The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
