Loan Facilities

The Company announces that it has entered into an unsecured term loan facility agreement for £7.5 million for a five year term at a fixed rate of 2.58% with Scotiabank Europe plc ("SBE").

This facility will be fully drawn down on 28 September 2017 and, together with cash resources, will be used to repay the Company's existing £18 million loan facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., which matures on that date.

The Company has also entered into a five year unsecured multicurrency revolving credit facility with Scotiabank (Ireland) Designated Activity Company, for £7.5 million. 

The Board believes that the combination of these facilities gives the Company greater flexibility in pursuit of its investment objective.
