Director/PDMR share dealing

The Company announces the following transactions by directors of Next 15 in the Ordinary shares of 2.5p each of the Company (“Ordinary Shares”):

Mr Richard Eyre CBE, chairman of the Company, today sold 47,993 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 400p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Eyre is interested in a total of 150,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.20% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Mr Tim Dyson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, today sold 125,000 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 400p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Dyson is interested in a total of 5,077,997 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.72% of the Company’s issued share capital.

Mr Peter Harris, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, today sold 50,000 Ordinary Shares in London at a price of 400p per share. Following this transaction, Mr. Harris is interested in a total of 142,372 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.19% of the Company’s issued share capital.
