Director's Shareholding and Issue of Equity

The Company was notified on 11 October 2017 of the following exercise of Save As You Earn options ("SAYE") over ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

On the same day, the Company was notified that Ben Stocks, Group CEO had sold the following Ordinary Shares arising from the exercise. 

Following these dealings, Ben Stocks's holding in the Company remains at 698,078 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Arising from exercises of options relating to the SAYE scheme, the Company has issued 114,390 new Ordinary shares.  The Company currently has 45,635,925 Ordinary Shares in issue. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Therefore, as at today's date, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 45,635,925. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
