NOTICE OF CHANGE TO DIRECTOR DETAILS

Senior plc ("the Company") notes that Giles Kerr, non-executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Arix Bioscience plc.  The appointment to the Board of Arix Bioscience plc will take effect on 17 October 2017.  Arix Bioscience plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange.

There are no other matters to disclose in accordance with paragraph 9.6.14R of the Listing Rules.
