Etalon Group October 2017 Sales Grow by 35% y-o-y

 

ETALON GROUP PLC ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, is pleased to announce that new contract sales in October 2017 amounted to RUB 4,964 million, an increase of 35% year-on-year. This result was supported by 15% year-on-year growth in average selling price per sqm, which reached RUB 107 ths.

 

Commenting on the October 2017 operating results, Etalon Group President Viacheslav Zarenkov said:

 

"As anticipated, we see further acceleration in new contract sales growth in the first month of 4Q 2017, on the back of strong demand for our recently-launched projects. Based on the operating results for October 2017, I am confident that Etalon Group will deliver strong performance for 4Q 2017."

The Company recorded revenue of RUB 49.0 billion and EBITDA of RUB 7.3 billion for the year ended 31 December 2016.

 

Etalon Group's GDRs have been traded on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange since 20 April 2011.
