Listing Application

Application has been made by the Company to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 4,959,458 Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

Admission of the Shares is expected on 14 November 2017.

The Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of conversion rights by a bondholder in respect of the 2.5% Guaranteed Convertible Bonds due 2022, with a total aggregate principal amount of US$4,550,000. 

These Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
