Following the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, the Board is pleased to announce that all ordinary and special resolutions put to shareholders were passed.

A copy of the Company's Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017, which contains the full text of the resolutions in the Notice of Annual General Meeting, was submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on 27 September 2017 and is available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
