Notice of AGM

Avanti Communications Group plc ("Avanti" or the "Company") announces that a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and is available to download from the Company's website at www.avantiplc.com.

The Company will be holding its AGM at 9.00am on 13 December 2017 at The Bridewell Suite, Crowne Plaza London - The City, 19 New Bridge Street, London EC4V 6DB. 

Further to the announcement made on 20 October 2017 announcing the launch of a consent solicitation, the Company expects to announce its final results for the year ended 30 June 2017 before the end of December 2017.  As a result, certain resolutions, including the approval of the annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017, will be put to shareholders at a subsequent general meeting early next year.
