Voting Rights and Capital
Senior plc ("the Company") confirms that, as at 30 November 2017, the Company's capital consisted of 419,418,082 (previously 419,416,250) Ordinary 10p shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The above figure of 419,418,082 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
