NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Ceres Power Holdings plc (AIM: CWR) announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 6 December 2017.  The meeting will be held at the offices of Ceres Power, Viking House, Foundry Lane, Horsham, West Sussex RH13 5PX, commencing at 2pm. 

Ceres Power announced results for the year ended 30 June 2017 on 4 October 2017 and it confirms that copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2017, and the Notice of AGM, have been sent to shareholders. These documents are available to view on the Company's website at http://www.cerespower.com.
