IG SEISMIC SERVICES ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

IG Seismic Services PLC ("IGSS" or the "Company", LSE: IGSS), the leading pure-play land and transition zone seismic company in Russia and the CIS and one of the largest land seismic companies globally, announced results of Annual General Meeting of the Company, held on December 4^th, 2017, at the Company's office at Arch. Makariou, III, 2-4 Capital Business center, 9^th floor, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus.

A quorum of the shareholders was present at the AGM.

Resolutions passed:

1.   To approve re-election of the retiring Director, Gasparyan Vagan

2.   To approve resignation of the Directors of the Company:

Gilev Sergey Evgenievich;

Arutyunov Nikolay Bagratovich;

Stephan Girard;

Dubenetskiy Dmitriy Viktorovich;

Grabarnik Vladimir Efimovich and

Mashanov Mikhail Vitalievich  

3.   To approve election of the Directors of the Company:

Tolkachev Vladimir Mikhailovich as Executive Director

Gogonenkov Georgiy Nikolaevich as Independent Director

Suleymanov Arsen Kunmammaevich as Independent Director

Gots Igor Anatolievich as Non-executive Director

Pirozhkov Andrei Vitalievich as Non-executive director

Fomin Ruslan Alekseevich as Non-executive Director
