Share buy-back(s)

Qatar Investment Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 January 2017 it purchased 5,079 of its ordinary shares at a price per share of USD 1.0950.

Following the above purchase the Company holds 1,508,503 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 102,858,830 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).

The above figure of 102,858,830 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
