Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Legendary Investments PLC (AIM: LEG) announces that it has received notice from certain of its warrant holders for the exercise of 32,272,727 warrants over ordinary shares of 0.1p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for a total consideration of £32,727. Accordingly, the Company has issued 32,272,727 new Ordinary Shares.

Application will be made for the 32,272,727  new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with admission expected to occur on or around 5 May 2017. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise of 2,839,636,893 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 2,839,636,893. This figure of 2,839,636,893 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
