The Company announces that, on 16^th October 2017, it purchased into Treasury 74,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.7343 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 760,621 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,158,332. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
