Informa PLC ("the Company") - Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that:

·   On 22 March 2018, the Group Chief Executive received an award under the Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") of 228,848 ordinary shares of 0.1p each (equating to 200% of base salary), and the Group Finance Director received an award under the LTIP of 97,865 ordinary shares of 0.1p each (equating to 150% of base salary).

·   On 2 March 2018, options to receive Company shares under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DSBP") were granted to the Group Chief Executive and the Group Finance Director as follows:

These options have been granted under the Directors' annual bonus arrangement for the 2017 financial year and are subject to the DSBP rules.
